Appearance: [[Much like someone who had grown up as a mercenary, Miss Circe is rather well muscled and scarred from her experiences and carries herself with an air of confidence only found in those that had to grow up too early. The young hero prides herself on her white hair and ruby colored eyes that she enjoys to accent with makeup. Her other features of her face are often covered from her nose and below are covered by a thick metal covering which muffles her deep voice hiding certain tones and bringing others to question how she maintains her large body. The metal in question is almost shaped like a shark's jaw giving her a cheerful appearance despite the emotion currently held in her eyes. Though her eyes are usually full of hope, wonderment or mischief she often can look emotionally dead when she is bored.
Often dressed in a tattered hooded cloak cut off mid-bicep, Jess likes to maintain mobility but dresses in a rather spartan sense otherwise. Used to rugged mountain and snowy terrain her clothing has not changed much now that she has entered back into the city of her birth, instead she wears it like a badge of honor. Unlike her mask she normally wears this clothing, the mask is usually worn when on official hero duties.
When required Jess will wear colorful strapless dresses which accentuate her back as well as the front of her torso. While she doubts others would ever find herself attractive she is at least somewhat aware of the social obligation of dressing up. Though she feels self conscious as the lady is also aware that her body type is not the stereotypical female form and thus tries to avoid these sorts of situations all together opting instead for other activities if she can at all costs. ]]

Like most children soldiers Jess was raised with a military training in mind, every day she went through vigorous physical, mental and spiritual exercises to create the ultimate super soldier by raising them since birth. There are many downsides to being raised in a lab and as such one of the most obvious is Ms. Circe has difficulty with social rules and does not often pick up on cues. Instead that portion of her brain was wired to react to hostile situations, instead of anything dealing with talking to others or getting along was replaced with killing and survival. Each and every day this girl was put through combat simulations, live or death situations, and various things to replicate living through a war and as such Jess is an extremely cautious individual who is riddled with PTSD.
Having broken free from that cycle now the once child soldier was enrolled by their adopted parents into the hero academy in order to try to make use of their raising in a positive way and inject more of a noble purpose into her life. All of this has left Jess with a strict moral code and she will enforce that upon everyone but especially those she deems as her superiors. Ultimately Ms. Circe never wants someone to go through what she went through and suffer a similar fate to herself.
Jess still caries a lot of paranoia with her from her upbringing and doubts that others have the best in mind for her, as well as this she often interpenetrate situations to be far more deadly than they are which brings her to high alert often in her life. Especially if she perceives others in danger, Jess Circe is a very jumpy person and would rather shoot first and ask questions later if it were to save those she deems as innocent or her friends.
Hopefully over her course at the school the young lady will refine herself and learn to trust others but that remains to be seen.

Jess Circe was not originally named that, instead her birth name was Aleksandra Kowalcyzk, though she has no way of knowing this as she does not know who her birth parents are. The earliest memories the girl has is from being raised and experimented on in a lab surrounded by men in uniforms and lab coats, these would later become the closest thing she had to parental figures during her early development thus stunting her emotional growth while her physical one was accelerated. Functionally speaking Jess has gone through two puberty like growths thus allowing her to be the size of a large adult going into her actual puberty where she will no doubt grow even further. Throughout her childhood horrific events happened which she found common place, which divorces her further from the general population much to her own dismay.
The girl designated as Marszałek Polski 2 excelled in her studies and exercises, however this would not be the life she was set up to have and the program she was in could only last for so long. Luckily around her thirteenth birthday the program was shut down due to morality complaints and she was subsequently shipped to an orphanage. While her life got worse in the short term this would be the thing that allowed her to later become a hero and thus was a net positive overall. This all being said however it was quite the change going from a military environment into one where she was exploited in other, and to her, more insidious ways.
The program had been looked into further and it was explored upon exactly how the super soldiers were brought about. Instead of volunteered teenagers they found the director had kidnapped babies from the hospitals in order to showcase the usefulness of the program when used from birth instead of an older age. This was naturally shut down as soon as it was discovered, prompting in a need to try and rediscover, and unfortunately failing for the most part, the parents of these children.
The orphanage in her opinion was far too cruel in nature and thus Jess formed a plan to break out with the other children which went very well according to herself, there were no casualties on her side and she was the only one injured, to the ex-child soldier this was a complete success despite the three month hospital stay she required afterward.
Thanks in part to her actions and an on-going investigation the Government of Poland stepped in to assign a better home for Jess Circe, the name the girl had chosen for herself now. These parents were diplomats to a nation called Japan, and while she did not know about it now, the young girl was viciously devouring information on it as she headed to where she would live from now on. Thanks to how she was raised and the government's intervention she would be enrolled in an academy for those with quirks, perhaps finally her powers that she feared could actually be used for good.
Upon arrival she was subject to psychological evaluations and showed a bit of a temper when pushed but was overall deemed sound of mind in order to enroll in the academy. Jess Circe showed no signs of mental instability, and indeed while she had mental wounds the young girl had somehow learned to work with and move past them. The rather large student was admitted with a true desire to protect and guide others, though her accent was still a bit thick.
