Three hundred years ago people awoke without their memories in the various Sub-Cities of the off MegaCity and was now all the people knew as their existence as the outside world was extremely hostile and full of dangers. While inter-conflict rocked throughout for over two hundred years, eventually the people coalesced to face the greater outside threat and established a fragile peace among themselves. All fifty Sub-Cities or Districts would now form as one and face the external threats, build infrastructure, trade and finally start exploring.

Hero's Association
Having been around for over 200 years the Hero's Association is well known throughout the City States of the Mega-City, their are well known for protecting citizens and keeping the peace while also being a part of the community. The Faction is Lead by the Hero known as Plague and welcome anyone with Powers into their ranks if they pass a psychological evaluation.
The Trade League
While there had been many different Merchant Leagues in the Mega-City throughout the years, nobody had united all of them until now and the power they now weild is comprable to The Hero Society. Gal Belthazar leads this Faction with a golden fist, those who are noted for their talents will rise fast in his ranks, though he disregards completely those he considers weak.
The Mamo
A group of Mercanaries, Adventures, Militia, and Guards of the City States have been formed to try and shift the Mega-City to a far more organized society with a standing military rather than just Hero's who focus on internal protection. Extremely expansionist, they are led by the enigmatic Fasil who was unheard of until the very last year. They are well known for accepting anyone with any sort of combat exprience into their ranks while also welcoming those who can serve as secretaries and treasures, among other various admin positions.
