Pre-Made Perk List

APP perks can be made at any rank but must reflect that rank, furthermore a new one will need to be made and applied upon reaching a new rank. The old perk will no longer apply once a higher rank APP regeneration perk is applied to the character. In this way only one APP regeneration perk can work at a time, and as stated they can only regenerate half of that rank's ability APP cost. (It goes off of the Veteran APP ability cost so a Famed APP regeneration perk would give 7 APP back per post.

Physical Tables CANNOT be boosted by perks,

but perks can give physical FEATURES ranging from the simplistic things like Claws to the advanced like having a permeable body via a power such as Logia Devil Fruits from One Piece. While the latter cannot be a rookie perk and only affects certain body parts it is open to anyone who can justify that their power would grant this. If you can justify a way for your 'Bird Magic' where you primarily summon birds can somehow grant this ability it will be allowed, but that would require a lot of justification. Like with most things on this site, it will be based on how the community moves and is shaped. Please refer to the table below when making physical body perks, first value is for "Logia" types and second is for regular physical bodily changes.
