The young girl is slowly growing into her body and still looks quite chibi in comparison to most of her peers that are equivalent of age. Thanks to her constant search of crime to fight, or monsters to fend off from the City Proper the young hero is usually bandaged up in some sort of way. While Jolyne's natural hair color is blonde she often dyes the material whichever shade and hue reflects her current mood, adding paint on her finger nails to match whatever color it ends up being. Being just shy of five feet the girl is quite conscious about her height and will often wear some form of raised shoes to bring herself above it, as if it would make her appear any less short. Jolyne enjoys wearing overcoats and long button up shirts in a similar futile effort to make her appear as more adult so others will take her seriously.
POSITIVE
✔ Positivity - Jolyne attempts to be positive in every aspect of her life and tries to give everyone the benefit of the doubt upon first contact with them. Due to this she often jumps to the defense of others before asking questions, but also due to this she is willing to hear someone out, thanks to her Power Epitaph oftentimes she can see the betrayal of someone's words.
✔ Empathetic - An extremely caring young girl, Jolyne finds it easy to look through another person's eyes and understand their feelings and outlooks on life, this may be due to her nature of observing others. She tries to have understanding for everyone that she comes across including villains and things most would consider monsters, if it shows indication of intelligence Jolyne will try to think from it's point of view.
✔ Objective - Thanks to her influenced in her younger years the young hero known as Jolyne tries to view the world from a third party stance on all issues especially when they pertain to herself. In her mind being able to look at something without your own interests coloring that view is not only admirable but something to be practiced every day.

✖ Gullible - The culminations of the facets that make up her personality cause an unfortunate unintended side effect, the young female hero is quite naive and is a bit too trusting thanks to her upbringing and Power that she has. Jolyne is not completely gullible but she can be distracted from more pressing issues by people who enjoy twisting a conversation or situation and she is a sucker for a sob story.
✖ Wrathful - On the rare occasion she catches someone in a lie or if her emotions get too much for her young mind to handle Jolyne can become extremely irate and hold grudges for a very long period of time. Unlike her general nature and outlook on life, on the times she becomes so hurt as to become wrathful towards someone she will seek confrontation with them and usually will demand an apology or whatever the situation makes relative to it.

The young orphan likes to think that everyone is a good person deep down and she has been hurt in the past thanks to this belief which, while it can land her into trouble, she also holds tightly to.

Lil Jolyne is a Hero that likes solving clues and helping other heroes save the day, she is primarily a reconnaissance and support Hero but thanks to her involvement in the foundation of the Hero's Organization the people love her all the same. The Hero is one of the first to the scene if there are Civilians to evacuate and she has been known to provide insight with her powers to other Heroes in the midst of their fights with little regard to her own safety.
Young, Lil Jolyne, is trying to come out of her role as a side kick and into her role as a fully fledged Hero of her own standing and while the path is long it has not been as hard as she expected it to be. A true Hero of the people, Lil Jolyne has been seen putting her own life on the line for the sake of others regardless of whom they may be.
In her regular daily life Jolyne is a highly observant and curious young girl who likes to study the world around her and will often go to other's for their insight on a situation or if she lacks knowledge she perceives the person to have. The young girl can often be seen in the Heroes Headquarters, the Research Centers or City B and in every case she is usually observing the people and environment around her. Any day not filled with learning something new is wasted to her, and so even though she is not hidden in her hero attire and thus easy to spot, she does not care about being incognito and would rather seek out knowledge wherever she may find it.
Extremely stable and insightful people constantly mistake Jolyne's age and as such can become annoyed at her barrage of machine gun rate of questioning, however being used to this the young girl is also polite and knows when not to press someone. She cares about other people's feelings and manners in general and so she will table even her most precious of goals in order to avoid upsetting another.
Overall the young girl tries to hold onto her positivity in an increasingly darkening world that could have been snuffed out just a few years hence if not for the hope of these mysterious powers given to humans by happenstance in their times of need. A true miracle shaped who Jolyne is and for that she lives her life to give back to society for the gift bestowed upon her.

HISTORY

Knowing neither her mother or her father Jolyne was born a lowly orphan in the streets bereft of family and chances of success, that was until The First Hero found her. The savior of The Metropolis, the one who stopped it's destruction, adopted Jolyne five years ago when the young scamp was eight years old. That Savior prevented the onward march of wild monsters that had seemingly sprung up overnight ten years hence and turned a once sprawling city into a measly Nine districts until the humans within had banded together. Over the five following years they would lose five more districts, one of which fell right before the awakening of a lowly security officer who turned into the world's First Hero.
How this happened is still unknown but soon after this Savior's awakening people began gaining Powers of their own, Jolyne was one of these Powers and she became the First Side Kick until the death of The Savior in City F two years ago. The death of The Savior activated their final Power, which spread both a blessing and a curse across the entire world. The effects of this are still not fully known until this day, but Jolyne has dedicated her life to not only finding this out but also protect the rest of humanity as well.
Unlike others who awakened their power through emotional stress, trauma, to save another, greed, or anything else Jolyne was among the first wave who simply woke up with her Power on The Day and this is also available to any who create a character in the Alpha. Jolyne the Orphan had to learn how to control her power because of this and at first she thought she was cursed to repeat every day twice, luckily before being driven insane she finally discerned the truth behind her powers and wrangled control of Epitaph as her own.
So it was that two years ago when Jolyne became Jolyne The Orphan, she brought together the other humans with powers who had acted as defenders before this to form The Heroes Organization. While she was not strong enough to lead this Organization she was granted an honorary position on the council and often acts as their mouth piece to her fellow low ranking Heroes.
Throughout all of this the young girl has remained steadfast in her thankfulness of being rescued by The Savior, and so it is that she has made it so any heroes within the Organization can live within the headquarters. This is where she too lives, on the 22nd floor in a medium sized apartment that she has decorated over the last two years.
