Description of Ability: [[The ability will make it appear as if parts of the user are falling off and carried in the wind as they are hit by gusts of wind, these parts can be as small as the human eye, but each part separated will remain "whole". Ex: A hand and a fore arm are viable but also a finger but not fingernails. The Marquis will use this ability to move himself about on the wind and get to areas that would otherwise be difficult for him to reach, or to dodge attacks. If blood lusted the user will use parts of their body for "sneak" attacks based on wind patterns and playing off the target's senses.
This skill can be taught, since it is a Famed Rank ability this will raise the cost of training it for the user to the equivalent of 1.5 Famed abilities. This can be taught via verbal instruction along with physical guiding.]]
